The role

We have several opportunities to come and work in our Wellington team as Customer Care Representatives, both in fulltime roles and a fixed term opportunity. As a Customer Care Call Centre Representative your role will be to ensure that all calls, queries and outlook tasks are managed in a timely and professional manner.  Other duties may be required as in maintaining records for several Territorial Authorities including objections to valuations, inwards and outwards mail and any other work as allocated by the Team leader.

Working within a supportive environment, this role will provide future career prospects for the successful applicants and to help grow your career where you will be mentored and developed in the role.

You’ll need

  • Demonstrate experience working in a customer service background
  • Experience working in a call centre would be advantage
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Data entry skills with high accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise own work load.
